Yes, I could see how being healed for 50hp would be better than removing Spiteful spirit or blind or price of failure.

2) Remove hex has a four sec shorter recharge so removes hexes 33% faster, but cure hex is still better.

In fact in mhenlos bar I posted before, healing touch woud be better changed to another hex removal.
